Quintiva Consulting Ltd was founded by Adil Mawani, an ICAEW Chartered Accountant with experience across founder-led SMEs, privately owned businesses, listed companies and professional practice.

A founder, CFO and adviser perspective
Adil has experienced businesses from several different angles: inside listed organisations, within professional practice, as a hands-on CFO and as a founder himself.
He co-founded and grew Azuki Accounts, a specialist accountancy and finance practice focused particularly on recruitment businesses. In 2026, Azuki was acquired by TC Group, a top 20 UK accountancy firm.
That gives Adil first-hand experience of building a professional services business, developing its finance function, adopting new technology and ultimately preparing for and completing a sale.

EOT experience from adviser and trustee perspectives
Adil currently serves as a director of EOT trustee companies, providing practical experience of EOT governance as well as transaction and valuation work.
Where appropriate, Adil may also be able to act as an independent EOT trustee director for future clients, subject to the circumstances of the engagement and appropriate independence and conflict considerations.
Particular expertise in recruitment
Quintiva understands the complete process from placement and timesheet through to contractor payroll, client invoicing, invoice finance, accounting and gross-profit reporting.
That includes the interaction between operational systems, pay and bill, finance platforms, working capital and management information.
